Building Air Permeability Measurement Report

Before conducting the pressure test and air permeability measurement, all communication installations that penetrate the structures (electricity, water, sewage, and ventilation systems) are completed. This ensures an objective evaluation of work quality and structural sealing.

During the test, we are present to immediately address any potential deficiencies. After completing these steps, the enclosing structures are no longer penetrated. The pressure test and air permeability measurement report confirm both internal quality control and guarantee to the client that even the unseen work has been carried out correctly.

Slab Foundation Construction

Proper foundation construction requires a geological survey of the land and a load distribution plan for the house.

Based on these, the precise reinforcement needed for both the slab section and the recesses for load-bearing walls is calculated. The advantage of this foundation solution is that the entire load of the house is distributed over a much larger area compared to standard strip foundations, making it a more suitable option for challenging soil conditions.
