This option is ideal for those familiar with construction and who wish to handle the interior finishing themselves.

From us, you will receive a slab foundation with all necessary utilities installed and a fully completed exterior of the house. The house will be hermetically sealed and protected from external conditions.

Energy-Efficient Insulation Installation

Specialized load-bearing insulation is used in foundations beneath window and door structures to reduce thermal bridges and enable window installation at the facade level. The use of such elements positively impacts the energy efficiency of the home.

Building Airtightness Testing

Building airtightness is assessed using a pressure test.

We conduct the pressure test to ensure our work meets high-quality standards and that all structural connection points are properly sealed. This also includes all utility penetrations (electrical cables, water, and sewage pipes) through the building envelope. Any deficiencies can be addressed during the test.

The test results allow the client to verify the building’s quality. The better the results, the lower the heating consumption of the building will be.
