Before conducting the building’s pressure test, all installation work for utilities crossing the structures (electrical cables, water and sewage pipes, and ventilation ducts) is completed. This allows us to objectively verify the quality of the work done and ensure the proper sealing of all enclosing structures.

During the test, we are always present to address any issues if needed. Only after completing these steps do we proceed with further work, ensuring that the enclosing structures are no longer penetrated. The pressure test serves both as our internal quality check and as proof to the client that even the elements that are no longer visible after the home’s completion have been executed correctly.
